Are government fees included in the price?
Yes — all our prices are ALL-IN, including government fee and service fee for all destinations. No surprise charges at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.
Do I need to physically send my passport?
Japan, Australia, NZ, UAE — 100% online, no passport needed. Korea & China — send your original passport to our address; we submit to the Embassy and deliver back to you. UK & Schengen — you attend VFS/Embassy in person. USA — you attend a mandatory interview.
Can you handle urgent / last-minute applications?
Yes — this is literally our specialty. We handle H-7 to H-3 urgent applications. Contact us immediately, we'll assess feasibility, apply an urgent surcharge, and push your case to the front of the queue.
I was rejected before. Can you still help?
Absolutely. Previous rejection is not a disqualifier. We analyze the root cause of your rejection, strengthen your weak points (financial proof, supporting documents, cover letter), and build a stronger second application strategy.
What documents are typically required for a visa?
Most visas require: valid passport, KTP, Kartu Keluarga, recent bank statement (3–6 months), employment letter, and a recent photo. Some destinations require additional documents — hotel booking, flight itinerary, travel insurance. Click any country card for the exact list.
How long should my bank statement show funds?
We require the last 3 months of bank statement plus the current running month — a total of 4 months. All statements must show consistent balance and be stamped by your bank. Avoid sudden large deposits right before applying — embassies look for organic, stable funds. For Korea: physical bank statement with wet stamp required. For all others: digital/printed is accepted.
What if my visa is rejected?
Both service fees and government fees are non-refundable once your application has been processed and submitted. We will analyze the rejection reason in detail and help you plan a stronger reapplication strategy.
I'm a freelancer / self-employed. Can I apply?
Yes! Freelancers and self-employed applicants can absolutely apply. Instead of an employment letter, you'll use a business registration document (SIUP/NIB), SPT Tahunan, client invoices, and a healthy bank balance. We specialize in building strong applications for non-salaried applicants.
Do you serve WNA (foreign nationals) living in Indonesia?
Yes! We serve both WNI (Indonesian citizens) and WNA (foreign nationals / expats) who are residing in Indonesia. WNA applicants may need additional documents such as KITAS/KITAP, sponsor letters, or Embassy-specific supporting documents. Contact us for a free WNA-specific consultation.
What is the minimum passport validity required?
Most countries require at least 6 months passport validity beyond your travel dates. Schengen and UK also require at least 2 blank pages. Japan requires an e-Passport (with chip). We check your passport validity as part of our free consultation.
Can I apply for multiple family members at once?
Yes! We offer group / family applications. Each member still needs their own documents, but we prepare and submit everything together. New Zealand has a specific group pricing (additional person: Rp 2,590,000). Contact us for family bundle rates.
We accept payment via bank transfer to Bank Mandiri only. Full payment is required upfront before we begin processing your application. We'll send you our account details via WhatsApp after consultation.
Do you have B2B rates for travel agents?
Yes, we work with travel agents and handle bulk referrals. Rates and terms are customized based on your volume and destination mix — let's have a discussion. Contact us via WhatsApp and we'll set up a dedicated partner line for you.
Is a hotel booking and flight ticket required before applying?
Most visas only require a booking/reservation — not a fully paid ticket. We can provide dummy flight and hotel reservations for application purposes. For Japan and Australia e-visas, bookings are not required at all.
